We are seeing the lowest prices for homes, condominiums and other real estate assets in nearly a decade. The fact that we’re not seeing sharp increases in residential property values indicates that we are back to more normal and, in most ways, healthier real estate appreciation rates.
We’ve finally returned to the fundamentals of sound real estate investing.
Yet even in this period, average Americans still have the ability to invest in real estate, regardless of their credit and personal financial situation.
